 I made a mistake with my order. Can I cancel or update it?

We all make mistakes now and again but please contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your order. We sometimes process orders within just a few hours so time is of the essence. You can call us on 07482566184 during office hours or email us at hello@curioustwist.com.
We do our best to make the necessary changes but if your order has already been shipped you will need to follow our returns procedure. 

What shipping services do you use? 

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Standard shipping for orders to UK addresses are sent by 2nd class standard. This service is not tracked and does not require a signature 

How much is shipping? 

We use a set shipping rate depending on your location. This means the cost is the same whether you order one item or several. 

We also offer a shipping upgrade which allows you to add tracking for extra peace of mind 

Domestic Shipping Rates: 

Orders over £25- Free

Standard shipping  - £1.95

First Class - £2.95

Tracked and Signed 24 - £5.50

International Shipping Rates: 

Standard (no tracking) £5.75

Tracked and Signed - £10.50

How long is your processing time? 

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days although this may be extended during busier times. 

If you have requested to pre-order an item that is currently out of stock you will be notified as soon as it is available 

I’ve changed my mind; can I return my item? 

Yes, you have 28 days from the date of despatch to return your unused, unopened and undamaged items to us. A refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items and it is advisable to obtain proof of posting and have it tracked for extra peace of mind.

I’m in the UK but would like to have an item sent to my friend in another country. Is this possible?

Yes, we can do that providing it is to one of the many countries we ship to. 

I don’t need a kit but would love to purchase one of your patterns. Is this possible?

Absolutely! All of our kit designs are available as digital patterns. Most of our patterns can be made up as kits if we have everything in stock. Please get in touch if there’s a particular design you have your eye on.

Can I sell the finished piece I’ve stitched using your patterns or kits? 

The sale of finished items using designs by Curious Twist is not allowed. They must not be given away for free as prizes or incentives on forums such as social media, blogs or websites. 

Digital patterns must not be duplicated, swapped, sold or uploaded to platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook groups, Ravelry or similar forums.

I’m just not a crafty person, can I buy a finished piece?

No, I’m afraid we’re not able to make and sell completed designs. We only make one of each and we need to keep hold of it in case we need to take more photographs in the future

I’d love a custom pattern that I could stitch myself, but I don’t have the design skills. Can you help?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to accept custom orders at the moment.
